Event initial configuration
We take care of the initial setup of your event (dates, squads, files) and you then receive the keys to manage it yourself
EZ Lexer integration
You're using EZLexer? Good news! Bowl4U is seamlessly integrated into our EZLexer tournament management software. Squad creation, players and registrations import? Easy!
Registrations export
Your tournament details can be exported in a csv format but you also have access to an API providing JSON output
Singles/Team events
You organize a singles or a teams event? No problem, you can even mix both in the same event!
File management
A file manager component allows you to provide useful information to your players (rules, hotels, oil patterns,...)
Confirmation Emails
Your players are receiving an email whenever their registration details change. They are also warned when they get out of a waiting list!
Manager access
Your organization team receive access to manage all event related data (event, squads, players, teams, constraints, files,...)
Actions history
Every registration action is logged so you know who and when an (un)registration is made
Statistics
You have access to registrations, financial and country-based statistics
Registrations constraints
You can define time-based constraints to apply on your registrations. Example : Only allow 3 booked squads before the tournament starts
